Clothing

ALL clothing orders must be shipped. No exceptions. All hoodies, joggers, and t-shirts are men's sizes. Ladies, please order accordingly. If you need a size larger than what is offered on the site, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request. If you need to make a size modification prior to your order being processed, please email me immediately at: Orders@DJanaiMadeIt.com. All orders are processed within 48-72 hours during business days. All clothing is custom made to order, so no changes or cancellations will be made after your order has been processed.

Shipping & Returns

All orders placed on business days will be processed within 48-72 hours. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed within 48-72 hours of the following business day. You’ll receive an email confirming your order and another one once it ships. Most orders ship within 10-12 business days after the order is processed, and a tracking number will be provided to you at the time of shipment. Once an order is processed it cannot be canceled or changed. All items will be delivered through U.S.P.S./Fedex/UPS and pricing is based on their rates. Due to the fact that my products are all custom made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event that your order is damaged, I will e-mail you a return label immediately. If you provide the wrong mailing address and your package has already been shipped, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
